Hi friends. As 2018 comes to a close, I thought it would be fun to share this year’s 10 most popular recipes. These are the recipes (sweet or savory) with the most pageviews in 2018.

4. New York Times Chocolate Chip Cookies– The MVP of chocolate chip cookies. Everything a CCC should be and loaded with 20 ounces of chocolate.
3. Cuban Chicken Fricassee– My husband’s all-time favorite meal made the top 3. Bursting with flavor and an amazing sauce that loves to be poured over white rice.
2. Cuban Plantain Soup– Comforting, delicious, and ready in about an hour from start to finish. Google loves this soup…and so do my girls!
1. Gallo Pinto: Nicaraguan Rice & Beans – I didn’t see this one coming. Maybe I should have, though. This meal, as simple as it looks, is actually not easy to perfect. But, I found a fool-proof method for this beloved dish from my childhood. Gallo Pinto made it to number one! It’s a favorite at our house and apparently, at many of yours too!
